We work exclusively with farms and agritourisms already in business at altitudes above 300 m. Our rooms sit alongside your business and your services, without replacing them.
We look for plots of land immersed in nature, where signs of human presence are as faint as possible. Mountains, sea, lake or countryside: what matters is that the landscape leaves an impression.
An immersion in nature is genuine only if tranquility and silence are guaranteed. A secluded spot of a few square metres is enough, even at a distance from the farm buildings.
The site must be reachable on foot from a parking area and accessible to the vehicle that transports and installs the cabin.
After an initial check and a site visit, we assess the planning feasibility together and support you with the necessary permits.
We provide you with one of our rooms and take care of the setup. The unit remains the property of Friland. No upfront investment for you.
The partnership is based on sharing the revenue from stays: you pay nothing and receive no fixed rent, but an agreed share of every night sold.
